Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: NYC Headquarters; hybrid

Salary: New York City $158,000–$209,000 annually with equity; remote compensation bands are also listed as $143,000–$189,000 and $136,000–$179,000 annually, with equity.

What you will do

• Own the squad’s end-to-end product outcomes, including discovery, KPIs, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch iteration.
• Build and maintain a transparent roadmap aligned with business outcomes and strategic goals.
• Define the long-term vision for a feature area in partnership with design and engineering leads.
• Run structured discovery using Jobs-to-be-Done, problem framing, and assumption testing.
• Analyze A/B tests and experimentation data to guide product decisions and measure impact.
• Represent the squad in planning forums, manage trade-offs, and mentor L1/L2 product managers.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience with demonstrated squad-level ownership and impact.
• Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with A/B testing, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments while maintaining high velocity.
• Track record of shipping impactful features and measuring outcomes against original goals.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including presenting compelling narratives to senior leadership.
• Experience with Martech in a regulated industry, sensitive user communications, or partnering with data science or ML teams is a significant plus.
