Associate Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $80,800–$133,400 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Support product strategy, discovery, innovation, and lifecycle activities across multiple financial products and business areas.
• Develop client personas, evaluate competitors and industry trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Prepare forecasts, product requirements, future metrics, risk analyses, and new product introduction plans.
• Manage user stories from requirements gathering and story mapping through acceptance testing and value delivery.
• Lead and facilitate team sprint and PI activities, while monitoring delivery metrics and quality standards.
• Track customer satisfaction, KPIs, channel performance, product inventory, expenses, and post-launch results; support pitches and RFP responses.

Requirements

• College or university degree or relevant proven work experience.
• Knowledge of 2–3 or more hirify.global products or business areas, with mastery of at least one product and an understanding of client needs.
• Experience creating or overseeing logical, conclusive presentations and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with clients, partners, and leaders across disciplines.
• Experience with business strategy, planning, analysis, design, governance, and product profitability or performance management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Program or project management experience.
• Related industry qualification such as ACCA.
• SAFe Product Owner certification.
