Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, with flexibility across U.S. time zones. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. hirify.global does not provide employment sponsorship. Employees cannot be located in Quebec, Ontario, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, or Oklahoma.

Salary: $171,000–$190,000 base salary annually, plus a variable component.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Financials product category, including accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and scale multiple complex products, using market research, customer insights, analytics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive measurable outcomes.
• Align engineering, UX, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success around high-impact initiatives and product adoption.
• Guide backlog prioritization, operational improvements, product integration, and execution from ideation through launch.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts while fostering experimentation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Engage with law firms and industry stakeholders to address financial management, compliance, and workflow challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; an MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of product management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and managing a product category or portfolio.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large enterprises.
• Proven experience scaling complex products in SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, legal tech, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, customer research, competitive analysis, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel 10–25% as business needs require and work primarily at a desk or computer.

• Experience using AI tools or working with AI-powered products, data platforms, or analytics tools.
