Product Manager, Applications & Experience (Industrial IoT)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for Smartech AI’s operator- and operations-facing applications.
• Identify high-value plant-operations use cases across sites and workflows.
• Lead discovery with operators and plant teams and deliver products in Agile/Scrum.
• Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints with engineering.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, rollout, and expansion of dashboards, alerting, visualization, and workflow tools.
• Measure operator response time, efficiency gains, engagement, alert action rates, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management or product ownership experience.
• 2+ years owning a technical or platform product in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial or manufacturing software, such as Industrial IoT, MES, SCADA, historian systems, or plant-operations SaaS.
• Experience working with real-time plant data and shipping operator- or operations-facing applications.
• Strong product sense for usability and workflows used by operators under pressure.
• Ability to align engineering, design, plant operations, and go-to-market stakeholders.
