Product Owner- TIS Software Developer (C2)

What you will do

• Prioritize and validate software capabilities and defects for the Track Identification Services development team.
• Review systems engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms, and provide guidance to software developers.
• Define and verify acceptance criteria and participate in code reviews.
• Work with program management to set priorities for product increments and sprints.
• Brief and advise leadership on status, recommended actions, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and mission impacts.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Minimum 10 years of combined Government/DoD experience performing the essential duties.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college in engineering, science, or mathematics; ABET accreditation preferred.
• Understanding of Classification, Identification and Discrimination in Command and Control systems, including IFF, ADS-B, Air Tasking Orders, and NCTR.
• Ability to work directly with Agile software developers and provide development-team oversight.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.
• Familiarity with current CID measures in one or more DoD services.
• Prior Product Owner experience on a Scrum team.
