Salary: $103,000–$183,920 annual base salary, with potential bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do
- Develop evidence-based perspectives on how production environments, customer workflows, business priorities, and industrial technologies are evolving.
- Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to identify strategic opportunities and evaluate customer value, market potential, differentiation, risks, and trade-offs.
- Shape market strategy and positioning, including recommendations on product, platform, partnership, portfolio, investment, and go-to-market priorities.
- Influence roadmaps and investment decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and partner teams.
- Build relationships with customers, industry leaders, partners, analysts, and associations, and lead engagements that test ideas and surface emerging needs.
- Guide strategic initiatives from insight through decision and early execution, using new evidence to refine direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial operations, product or market strategy, consulting, enterprise technology, or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of production environments, workflows, business priorities, and related technologies.
- Experience creating strategies using customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and market sizing.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions across cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Experience engaging senior customer leaders, partners, and industry stakeholders, with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30%.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, process industries, warehousing and distribution, or other asset-intensive production environments.
- Familiarity with MES, ERP/MRP, SCADA, IIoT, digital twins, or operational analytics.
- Experience with enterprise software, platforms, ecosystems, digital transformation, product strategy, partnerships, or technology roadmaps.
- Established relationships within relevant customer, partner, or industry communities.
