Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (APIs and Platform Products): Shaping product strategy and leading cross-functional delivery of scalable digital services for federal customers with an accent on platform products, enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud-based delivery. Focus on prioritizing roadmaps, improving CI/CD-enabled delivery, designing self-service onboarding capabilities, and solving complex product and technical dependencies across enterprise systems.

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and priorities with customers and Product Owners.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, delivery, release, and continuous improvement.
• Manage platform and API-driven products, enterprise integrations, shared services, and technical dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Business Analysis, and DevOps to improve delivery processes, CI/CD practices, deployment strategies, and product reliability.
• Build stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships that expand platform adoption across customer organizations.
• Mentor Product Managers and improve product management practices, documentation, and onboarding models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience and at least 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, Agile methodologies, and driving products from concept through release.
• Experience managing platform products, API products, enterprise integrations, or shared services.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Experience leading large product initiatives in complex enterprise or federal environments.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, microservices architectures, enterprise integration patterns, or Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
• Experience creating scalable onboarding, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
