Product Management Director (AEC)

What you will do

• Define and own digital product vision, roadmaps, objectives, key results, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through design, development, deployment, and release.
• Conduct user interviews, workflow observation, testing, and data analysis to identify validated problems and requirements.
• Partner with software engineering and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, manage sprint objectives, and deliver high-quality products.
• Drive product adoption, digital workflow enablement, usage analytics, ROI tracking, executive updates, demonstrations, and training.
• Build and lead a cross-disciplinary product team and foster experimentation, learning, and value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, product management, software development, or digital transformation; AEC or a related technical industry is preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex products, projects, or platforms from inception to launch.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across business, technical, and creative disciplines.
• English communication skills and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction or another technical industry.
