Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

  • Interact directly with new customers to support onboarding, early success, and product adoption.
  • Conduct or support customer interviews and user research, translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Own defined onboarding-related product areas, including backlog prioritization and actionable user stories.
  • Manage feature lifecycles from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver and explain new releases.
  • Track feature performance using product data and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, product engineering, solutions engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Customer-centric approach with experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Strong execution, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Foundational experience with Agile/Scrum and an understanding of web applications, APIs, JSON, or data flows.
  • Ability or willingness to use AI tools for specifications, feedback organization, and product development.
  • U.S. work authorization required; the role is on-site in Los Angeles.

  • Experience working on a manufacturing floor.
