Executive Recruiter

Location: Remote for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Virginia. Washington residents within reasonable driving distance of the Tukwila headquarters are encouraged to work from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved locations are primarily remote.

Target pay range: $141,800–$173,300 annually. Full pay range: $110,100–$204,900 annually, plus performance-based compensation incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals, financial objectives, and leadership hiring needs.
• Design research, talent mapping, and market intelligence strategies for executive recruitment.
• Analyze competitors, employment trends, market data, and executive movement to develop recruiting opportunities.
• Advise business units on executive recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, selection, and hiring practices.
• Lead executive searches, assess candidates, and guide the process through negotiation, transition support, and onboarding.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and recommend improvements based on emerging technologies, trends, and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years primarily recruiting senior leadership candidates at the director level or above.
• Experience planning, sourcing, recruiting, and supporting selection for director, vice president, and senior vice president roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and candidate databases.
• Strong recruitment process knowledge, relationship-building, communication, influencing, negotiation, flexibility, and deadline management skills.
