Knowledge Manager and Executive Recruiting Associate (Talent Intelligence)

What you will do

• Build and maintain talent maps, market landscapes, organizational charts, company profiles, and executive talent pipelines.
• Research target companies, industries, business functions, organizational design, executive movement, and market trends.
• Create concise executive-ready summaries, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence insights.
• Identify and prioritize passive executive talent for active, confidential, future, and opportunistic searches.
• Partner with executive recruiters, HR partners, and business stakeholders to shape search strategy and talent planning.
• Conduct candidate development calls, market networking, initial outreach, and early candidate calibration for critical searches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in executive research, talent intelligence, executive search, recruiting, market intelligence, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience with talent mapping, organizational research, candidate identification, candidate development, or competitive intelligence.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize information, and produce polished work with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with outbound calls and professional engagement with passive executive talent.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of experience in executive search, in-house executive recruiting, or talent intelligence and knowledge management.
• Experience supporting executive-level, specialized, or confidential searches across multiple business functions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, AI-enabled research tools, Boolean search, OSINT techniques, or talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience creating talent maps, succession pipelines, candidate profiles, presentations, or executive-level research deliverables.
