Recruiting Advisor

Location: Based in Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey, Ohio, Florida, or North Carolina. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with hirify.global approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $40,000–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer creation, and closing, for complex roles across multiple business lines.
• Develop recruiting strategies using market intelligence, talent trends, workforce data, and recruiting analytics.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and executives on talent needs, skills gaps, forecasts, and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for complex and niche roles using advanced search techniques, CRM tools, and external sourcing strategies.
• Select and optimize combinations of ATS, CRM, and other talent acquisition technologies; support technology testing and adoption.
• Present and negotiate complex employment offers while using the employee value proposition to influence acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with recruiting, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, candidate assessments, and candidate tracking.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, communication, decision-making, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to consult with business partners and candidates and manage complex hiring processes across multiple disciplines.
