Sales Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Henderson, Nevada, United States; onsite only

Pay: $1,250 per bi-weekly pay period for up to the first 3 months of employment or until conversion to the commissioned pay plan.

What you will do

• Sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as dealership financial services.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from inquiry to vehicle ownership.
• Develop detailed knowledge of Lexus products, services, inventory, and competing offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Attend required training and conduct business according to company values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Sales License.
