Sales Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite at a premium automotive dealership

Salary: $28.34–$30.85 per hour base pay, plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200

What you will do

• Engage dealership customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual tire inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate tire solutions, provide pricing, and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations, including inventory and reporting.
• Complete the fully paid training program before assuming the full role.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including order systems and CRM tools.
