Location: Jacksonville, Florida, USA; onsite at the dealership and on the lot

What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their needs using the established selling process.
• Build customer rapport and develop referral networks.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Meet daily phone and email quotas while greeting customers at the dealership and on the lot.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and a self-starting attitude.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including internet tools, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, and Autotrader.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred.
