Sales Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina, USA; onsite at the dealership and on the lot

What you will do

• Contact customers, identify their needs, and follow the Crown selling process.
• Build customer relationships and develop referral networks.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Meet daily phone and email quotas.
• Greet customers at the dealership and on the lot.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, Eleads, and Autotrader.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred.
