Implementation Consultant (Golf)

Location: Montreal, Canada; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding from kickoff through implementation completion.
• Conduct kickoff calls, explain the onboarding process, and manage customer expectations.
• Coordinate customer training and communicate implementation status, responsibilities, and upcoming milestones.
• Schedule internal resources for hardware installation, billing activation, and payment processing setup.
• Manage a segment of customers, update CRM and web-based tools, and track project timelines.
• Help reduce the time between sales close and customers actively using the system while maintaining strong satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or being an avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations through phone and email communication.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal French and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero.
