Salary: $100,000 - $135,700 CAD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and high-level work plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to meet milestones and adhere to responsibilities.
• Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and mature best practices, templates, and tools for project management processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and excellence.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills with the ability to lead across business and technology organizations.
• Technical competence with software tools including Google Suite and Jira.
• Ability to travel as required; a valid passport is mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands.

Nice to have

• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
• Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Experience in a technical or engineering organization, particularly within the high-technology or government sectors.
• Experience negotiating vendor or client contracts.
