Location: Hybrid (Oakville or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada). Must be able to work from the office as needed and maintain a reliable internet connection for virtual work.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,700 CAD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and high-level work plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to meet milestones and adhere to responsibilities.
- Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and mature best practices, templates, and tools for project management processes.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and excellence.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.
- Proven experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills with the ability to lead across business and technology organizations.
- Technical competence with software tools including Google Suite and Jira.
- Ability to travel as required; a valid passport is mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands.
Nice to have
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
- Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
- Experience in a technical or engineering organization, particularly within the high-technology or government sectors.
- Experience negotiating vendor or client contracts.
