Delivery Lead

Location: Remote across the U.S. and Canada; ideally based in the Chicago or San Francisco Bay area.

Salary: $50,000–$90,000 base salary annually, with potential additional earnings through annual bonuses and profit sharing.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution for one or more services engagements and coordinate solution delivery teams.
• Consolidate project status and budget information across the project portfolio.
• Manage project risks, scope, issues, change control, escalations, and contract deliverables.
• Conduct customer, project, and solution health checks while supporting account strategy and ongoing client relationships.
• Maintain project documentation, delivery methodologies, SharePoint sites, and delivery portals.
• Coordinate resource requirements and onboard new consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT or professional services environment.
• Experience with project management fundamentals, portfolio reporting, and budget consolidation.
• Experience with issue management, resolution facilitation, project data, risk analysis, and mitigation.
• Exposure to professional services agreements and change management processes.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, personnel management, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to services outsourcing, PMP, IAOP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
