Sr Analyst Supply Chain Optimization

What you will do

• Analyze freight flows and operational constraints across domestic and international supply chain networks.
• Develop forecasts, performance dashboards, scenario models, and planning frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels, transportation costs, predictability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead optimization initiatives across Merchandising, Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, Finance, and Technology.
• Support carrier and third-party logistics partner relationships, system enhancements, change management, and process adoption.
• Communicate data-driven recommendations and help drive strategic supply chain decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Logistics, or equivalent experience preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, and transportation.
• Experience improving vendor performance, supporting compliance programs, or contributing to upstream supply chain improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Transportation, Finance, IT, and Distribution Center Operations.
• Strong understanding of TMS, ERP, supply chain systems, process optimization, KPIs, dashboards, models, and performance reporting.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, familiarity with Access, and strong presentation and communication skills.
