Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define job postings, selection criteria, and recruiting strategies.
• Source, pre-screen, engage, interview, and objectively evaluate candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain recruiting channels such as Indeed and LinkedIn and build consistent talent pipelines.
• Track open positions, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics to support reporting and strategy improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor talent strategies.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team on hiring goals, best practices, candidate experience, and special recruiting projects.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including non-exempt hourly roles.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to attract and engage candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms; Workday familiarity is preferred.
