IT Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer support.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill IT roles.
• Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to create structured interview processes, guides, rubrics, and feedback mechanisms.
• Advise hiring leaders and HR stakeholders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure hiring practices align with business priorities, compliance standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple IT disciplines.
• Ability to assess technical talent in software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and related fields.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience building sourcing pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation frameworks, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
