Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA; on-site. ITAR eligibility required: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production and skilled trades roles as well as specialized software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering searches.
• Advise hiring managers on role definition, interview design, feedback calibration, and closing strategy.
• Define sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and map competitive talent markets.
• Manage multiple requisitions according to business urgency and shifting priorities.
• Build sourcing channels through staffing agencies, trade schools, local outreach, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, and technical communities.
• Lead structured interview loops, maintain accurate ATS data, and use pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill metrics to guide hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for both high-volume production or skilled trades roles and specialized technical or engineering positions.
• Background in a hardware, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume requisition load and close candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.

• Experience recruiting in composite manufacturing or a related technical manufacturing field.
• Experience recruiting in a regulated or defense and aerospace environment.
