What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for strategic sales, software engineering, product, legal nurse consulting, and marketing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and develop search strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, passive outreach, and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates, complete AI-assisted assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Administer applicable pre-employment assessments, conduct structured reference checks, and interpret results with the hiring team.
• Extend and negotiate offers, close candidates, maintain SmartRecruiters, and track recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
• Demonstrated success closing candidates for specialized or technical roles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, Boolean search experience, and comfort using AI tools.
• Experience working with an ATS; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior candidates, hiring managers, and new graduates.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining detail and momentum.

Nice to have

• Background in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
• Familiarity with structured pre-employment assessments such as Criteria, OMG, or Kolbe.
