Senior Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid. Travel for client engagements may be required.

Salary: $75–$85 USD per hour

What you will do

• Lead complex, client-facing technical projects from discovery through delivery.
• Develop execution plans, governance structures, and delivery strategies for strategic initiatives.
• Manage concurrent engagements, assess project health, identify risks, and recover initiatives that are off track.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders through governance meetings and strategic workshops.
• Coordinate business, technical, and client stakeholders while removing roadblocks and driving accountability.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and improve delivery standards and practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex, client-facing technical projects in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience delivering initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, Salesforce, or application development.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills, including experience with AI-powered project tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Enterprise transformation, strategic technology implementation, or enterprise consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
