Senior Project Manager - Cyber Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide AI cybersecurity projects across teams, platforms, and delivery models.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy, AI roadmaps, regulatory drivers, and risk priorities into executable project plans.
• Lead AI-enabled modernization of Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and resiliency capabilities.
• Partner with architecture, data, analytics, cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
• Manage delivery, dependency, control, model, risk, and issue resolution while providing executive visibility.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, audit-ready plans, RAID logs, decision records, and governance materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading projects in technology and cybersecurity organizations.
• At least 7 years of experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity or enterprise technology projects or programs in regulated environments.
• Strong project management knowledge, including Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio project management tools and project scheduling in MS Excel or MS Project.
• Excellent executive communication, documentation, stakeholder leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional information technology programs and projects.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
