What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver consulting, implementation, and support services to customers.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management according to PMO standards and governance.
• Build high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Monitor project financial health, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue-recognition forecasting.
• Proactively leverage AI tools to optimize project workflows, automating status reporting, risk detection, and documentation.
• Develop scalable methodologies and internal guides to improve the efficiency of professional services delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or customer-facing delivery in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for professional delivery (e.g., summarizing artifacts, reporting, and risk analysis).
• Strong understanding of Networking and Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, and APIs.
• Proven track record of working across global stakeholders and managing complex multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Thai or Mandarin Chinese to support customers in those regions.
