Professional Services Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical teams delivering consulting, implementation, and support engagements for customers.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, communications, governance gates, and executive reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, vendors, Account Executives, and Account Teams.
• Monitor budget burn, margins, revenue recognition, resource utilization, and overall project financial health.
• Develop scalable professional services methodologies, guides, customer assets, and lessons-learned practices.
• Use AI tools to automate status reporting, meeting summaries, action tracking, risk detection, forecasting, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environments and with global stakeholders, third-party partners, and complex multi-vendor projects.
• Professional experience using AI tools for delivery work, with sound judgment regarding secure and responsible AI use.
• Understanding of networking and security concepts, including Zero Trust, SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, and APIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce or a similar CRM, and a Professional Services Automation tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Thai or Mandarin Chinese to support customers and stakeholders in the Thai and Greater China region.
