Integrated Product Team Lead/Project Engineer

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance are required.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and production transition of RF sensor products.
• Capture system requirements, assess existing technologies, and architect technical solutions.
• Coordinate systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineering activities.
• Partner with program management to scope work, maintain schedules, manage risks, and resolve technical issues.
• Engage customers to evaluate technical feasibility and address mission challenges.
• Analyze laboratory and field-test data, support debugging, and ensure compliance with systems engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, physics, or mathematics.
• At least 15 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on one or more hardware development projects.
• Experience with radar and/or electronic warfare product development.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and productivity-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and analyzing signal-processing algorithms.
• Program management experience covering budgets, resources, schedules, and CDRLs.
• Data analysis using MATLAB, Python, MathCAD, or similar scripting tools.
• Experience developing requirements from undefined customer needs.
• Experience with Teams, Confluence, JIRA, or similar collaboration tools.
