Project Engineering Manager (PCB)

Location: Farmingdale, New York, United States; onsite role

Salary: $107,796–$189,572 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering activities from product conceptualization through production transition and field performance.
• Manage engineering schedules, budgets, technical commitments, risks, metrics, and integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate technical communications with project and program management, customers, manufacturing, quality, and support organizations.
• Conduct engineering status meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, and Engineering Review Board activities.
• Oversee specialized engineering inputs including reliability, maintainability, thermal design, structural analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility.
• Support subcontractors and suppliers through specification reviews, qualification testing, production testing, and technical document approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of development engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams of engineers on projects from concept to delivery.
• Ability to manage a single medium-sized or several small development projects.
• Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance when required.
• ITAR-controlled products and technical data are restricted to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Radar knowledge or background.
