Community Manager - Boston - LightView (Student Housing)

Location: LightView, Boston, MA; onsite work with living on-site required without exceptions

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across resident experience, leasing, facilities, financial performance, and administration.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop on-site leaders and staff.
• Monitor occupancy, resident satisfaction, expenses, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Support leasing, marketing, lease execution, collections, and delinquency processes.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, community cleanliness, safety, and turnover execution.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience in student or multifamily housing or a similar industry.
• Experience or skills in leasing and marketing, customer service, facilities management, budgeting, supervision, and business administration.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Living on-site is a mandatory condition of employment, including availability for emergency response and on-call rotation.
