What you will do

• Provide individual and/or family counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress, relationship, and family concerns.
• Deliver whole-person, evidence-based mental health care using strengths-focused approaches.
• Coordinate referrals to long-term therapy, psychiatric services, and external resources.
• Collaborate with medical providers as part of an integrated care team.
• Promote mental health services through wellness initiatives, check-ins, workshops, and educational programs.
• Address social determinants of health by connecting patients with food, transportation, and other community resources.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program or a related behavioral health field.
• Current, active license with the Board of Social Work or a related licensing board in good standing within the practice state.
• At least 12 months of recent experience providing evidence-based individual counseling in a mental health or healthcare setting.
• Comfort with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, word processing, and data entry.

Nice to have

• Experience providing integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting within the last three years.
