Junior Events Specialist, Marketing Events Hub

Location: Remote in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Research target companies and contacts and execute outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
• Support industry trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and event participation.
• Coordinate event-related purchases, including tickets, promotional materials, giveaways, and printed assets.
• Organize online events and webinars for clients and prospects.
• Administer contacts, accounts, campaigns, and events in Salesforce.
• Validate and enrich prospect data while maintaining consistency across marketing systems.

Requirements

• Experience in event coordination, marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and marketing or sales intelligence tools.
• Understanding of lead generation and contact enrichment processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Lusha, FindThatLead, or ZeroBounce.
• Experience with PhantomBuster, Expandi, webinars, or virtual events.
• Experience with B2B marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
• Experience in the technology or IT services industry.
