Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote – Brazil

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and events across the Americas.
• Support email marketing, landing pages, content localization, and other digital marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing assets, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of marketing content and digital campaigns.
• Track campaign results and support performance reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or event support.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools.
• Fluent English and French.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
