Supervisor, DC Returns (A-Shift) (Distribution Operations)

Location: McDonough, Georgia, United States; onsite distribution center role with flexibility for night and weekend schedules as needed

What you will do

• Develop daily operational plans aligned with service-level agreements, business goals, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise returns processing, including merchandise inspection, restocking, disposition decisions, and inventory integrity.
• Manage labor scheduling, resource allocation, workflow coordination, and operational performance across assigned departments.
• Monitor accuracy, throughput, efficiency, attendance, and productivity metrics, taking corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with inventory control, transportation, customer service, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve material flow.
• Lead, train, mentor, and coach associates while promoting safety, teamwork, 5S practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related distribution-environment experience and 1 year of management or people-leadership experience.
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency required for speaking and understanding.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and walk the warehouse floor or stand for up to 12 hours.
