Location: Ottawa DC (0890), United States. Onsite distribution-center role on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime as needed.
Salary: $59,500–$89,300 per year.

What you will do
- Manage workflow across several distribution-center departments with department supervisors.
- Lead direct reports, set objectives, provide coaching and performance feedback, and improve associate engagement.
- Plan staffing and manage productivity, cost, service-level, and inventory-accuracy goals.
- Coordinate with business partners to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient service.
- Monitor safety and accident reports and enforce company, state, local, and OSHA requirements.
- Track operational standards, remove barriers, and oversee assigned projects and cross-training.
Requirements
- Previous team-management experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems, including Warehouse Management Systems.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
- Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, multitasking, and team-leadership skills.
- Flexibility to support multi-shift operations and ability to complete company training and cross-train in at least two departments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, stand or walk for shifts of at least nine hours, and perform frequent physical warehouse activities.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience with WMS, WCS, or LMS operational support systems.
- 1–2 years of automated material-handling equipment and SQL experience.
- Experience supporting user communities under general supervision.
