What you will do
- Lead teams across distribution center operations and drive operational excellence.
- Optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Promote a safety-first culture and maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Plan for seasonal shifts, peak volumes, and special projects through proactive coordination and communication.
- Maintain internal controls and support audit readiness across operational functions.
- Collaborate with distribution center, store, corporate, leadership, and vendor teams to maintain merchandise flow and service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in an automated warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible or additional shifts during peak business periods and in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Ability to perform physical distribution-center duties, including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, working at heights up to 50 feet, and wearing required PPE; background check and substance screening are required.
