What you will do

• Supervise warehouse, shipping, receiving, inbound, outbound, cross-dock, and yard operations during the assigned shift.
• Plan shipping schedules, trailer flow, dock capacity, and domestic and export freight routing.
• Lead, coach, assign, and develop warehouse associates while balancing labor to workload.
• Conduct shift-start meetings, train new hires, and reinforce standard operating procedures.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe equipment operation.
• Verify shipping and export documentation, maintain inventory accuracy, track KPIs, and implement Lean and 5S improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material-handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
