Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional location: San Antonio, Texas

What you will do

• Lead critical Commercial organization projects and support the delivery of digital solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and align business requirements with stakeholders and technical capabilities.
• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control business processes, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop recommendations for system alternatives and enhancements, including cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses.
• Coordinate user stories, feedback, prototypes, wireframes, test cases, and technology delivery strategy.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and AI-assisted tools to business processes, requirements analysis, documentation, testing, decision-making, knowledge management, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and requirements management skills.
• Knowledge of business analysis, business process modeling and redesign, change management, Agile methodology, incident management, quality assurance, SDLC, and specification development.
• Ability to support documentation, controls, traceability, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
