What you will do

• Facilitate client requirements sessions and discovery workshops.
• Translate policy and operational workflows into structured requirements and deliverables.
• Design AI-enabled solutions, use cases, workflows, and evaluation test sets.
• Analyze error rates, false-positive and false-negative patterns, and failure-mode distributions.
• Iterate on prompts and instructions based on evaluation findings.
• Assess performance, cost, token usage, explainability, and delivery tradeoffs with technical leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Consultant.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience in requirements sessions and workshops.
• Working knowledge of basic statistics, including sample sizes, error rates, false positives and negatives, and distributions.
• Hands-on experience iterating on prompts and instructions for LLM-based systems in production or near-production environments.
• Understanding of AI behavior, agentic workflows, system architecture, data flows, APIs, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Public-sector or compliance-driven program experience.
• Familiarity with RAG, multi-agent workflows, AWS Bedrock, or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI risks, including bias, hallucination, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
