What you will do

• Analyze client workflows and identify high-value AI and automation use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Agents, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead AI readiness and envisioning workshops, including licensing, data access, security, compliance, use-case discovery, and roadmap definition.
• Develop prompt templates and design, document, test, and deliver customer-specific Copilot Agents.
• Support adoption through training, enablement content, AI Champions programs, change management, and SmartShift Academy materials.
• Measure Copilot adoption, productivity impact, ROI, and value realization while advising prospects and customers during discovery and pre-sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, and prompt engineering for AI tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Ability to balance technical feasibility, business value, user impact, ethical considerations, and financial outcomes.

• AI Transformation Leader (AB-731) certification.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Administration Fundamentals (AB-900) certification.
