What you will do

• Transform ambiguous business challenges into defined opportunities, future-state designs, business cases, and executable transformation plans.
• Design and deliver technology-enabled solutions that improve end-to-end business capabilities and workflows.
• Own transformation roadmaps, priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and alignment between business and technology teams.
• Influence senior leaders, secure sponsorship, support key decisions, and remove transformation barriers.
• Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve solutions.
• Drive stakeholder visibility, alignment, accountability, implementation, and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional business transformation, product, process, or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience defining future-state solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI use cases, or integrated technology solutions across functions such as supply chain, finance, or customer operations.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, low-code solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing ROI-focused business cases and working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience developing strategic transformation roadmaps and leading initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience scaling automation or technology-enabled transformation across an organization.
• Lean Six Sigma, automation technology, or related certifications.
