Associate Business Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Support business analysis for system applications, user inquiries, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Work with senior team members, customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to capture needs and develop business solutions.
• Create and maintain business visions, requirements, client-specific personalization, and user interface design deliverables.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including business analysis, testing, Scrum Master, and capability management activities as needed.
• Support requirements testing through test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and analysis of customer impact.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, report project status, support vendor solutions, and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Agile methodology, and Agile project management.
• Ability to support compliance with required standards and project approvals.

Nice to have

• 0–1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 0–1 year of experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Leadership, customer service, process improvement, and strategic thinking skills.
