What you will do
- Support business analysis for workflow systems, project initiatives, system enhancements, and integrated systems.
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and support production defect resolution.
- Manage dependencies and risks while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience; military experience may substitute for a formal degree.
- 3+ years of progressive business systems analysis or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including business process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, and project planning techniques.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the annuity or financial services industry.
