Commercial Construction Superintendent - Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing

What you will do

• Direct onsite project workflow and communicate priorities to site staff and subcontractors.
• Lead jobsite safety, administer the safety program, and support accident investigations and external inspections.
• Maintain construction quality standards, daily logs, work orders, site condition records, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with the project manager on schedules, installation sequencing, commitments, and project execution.
• Organize site teams, temporary facilities and utilities, and expedite long-lead items.
• Build productive relationships with subcontractors, clients, vendors, and community stakeholders while identifying and resolving problems early.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of building processes and construction best practices.
• Ability to organize people, tools, time, and priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous superintendent or project lead experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
