Project Area Superintendent - Midland Texas (Commercial Construction)

What you will do

• Sequence work with subcontractors and vendors and coordinate installation activities.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety policies and support safety and subcontractor meetings.
• Develop and maintain zero-accident, excavation methods, site logistics, and conflict-matrix plans.
• Support implementation of quality control standards and follow project specifications.
• Manage, train, and plan daily activities for hourly labor.
• Track labor time, review project financial information, and complete material take-offs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• Relevant college degree, or experience as a Field Foreman or Field Engineer.
• Basic safety awareness, supervisory experience, and ability to maintain daily reports.
• Thorough understanding of project documents, subcontractor scopes, contracts, and specifications.
• Ability to work constantly around an active outdoor job site, including uneven surfaces, ladders, stairs, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lb and maintain consistent, timely attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, Revit, or comparable construction technologies.
• Interest in integrated project delivery, process improvement, and construction technology innovation.
