Senior Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

What you will do

• Lead field execution across site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, weekly field updates, phasing plans, and logistics plans for active and prospective projects.
• Manage multiple large or complex projects, internal field teams, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with architects and engineers while maintaining accurate field document control.
• Resolve onsite challenges, promote communication among project stakeholders, and maintain OSHA-aligned safety standards with a goal of zero incidents.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and interns; contribute to RFPs, client relationships, training, and business development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience overseeing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong background in construction trades and technical knowledge, with proficiency in scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, build robust schedules and weekly look-aheads, and support budgeting with the project management team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
