Salary: $70,000–$91,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct research and laboratory experiments in collaboration with other scientists.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments contributing to research strategies.
• Analyze data, document observations, and prepare quantitative analyses, reports, summaries, and protocols.
• Investigate, build, and develop new methods and technologies to advance research projects.
• Maintain knowledge of current scientific literature and contribute to conferences and scientific journals.
• Provide mentorship and help determine methods and procedures for new assignments when needed.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a scientific field or an MD degree.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and independent judgment in developing research methods and evaluation criteria.
• Ability to perform complex experiments reliably and accurately within time constraints.
• Operational knowledge of sophisticated laboratory equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate in a congenial environment, and provide direction to others.
• Ability to analyze goals and processes and develop techniques and systems to achieve research objectives.
