Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $72,000–$76,385 per year

What you will do

• Design, execute, and interpret research experiments.
• Develop computational and AI-driven methods for photon and proton radiation therapy.
• Build intelligent tools for automated treatment planning, image analysis, and data analysis.
• Support adaptive radiation therapy workflows and clinical workflow optimization.
• Contribute to scientific literature, reports, journals, and presentations.
• Potentially supervise undergraduate researchers.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.D. in Medicine, Physics, Medical Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong database and statistical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant research field.
• Strong research design and analytical skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in radiation treatment planning, advanced data analysis, and proton radiation therapy.
