Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting the development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
• Maintain the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Build complex CI/CD pipelines, accelerate delivery lead times, and reduce release-related production issues.
• Implement resilient infrastructure, deployment strategies, disaster recovery procedures, and secure development environments.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team across regions and time zones through hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and career development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE for high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience with complex CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment strategies.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining large-scale cloud applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience implementing secure development environments and using data-driven metrics to support decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to establish agreements with neighboring teams.
