DevOps Lead

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small DevOps team embedded with a customer.
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure and Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code solutions for mission-critical systems.
• Plan deployments and collaborate with customer stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute hands-on to infrastructure projects, deployment pipelines, and operational tasks.
• Drive infrastructure automation, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Improve DevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure efficiency while communicating progress, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, including leadership of technical teams.
• Strong AWS proficiency and hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in customer-facing or embedded technical roles.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native application deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, travel, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of data pipeline and AI infrastructure considerations.
